I want a nappy cake delivered the next day – can you do this?
Unfortunately, in order to ensure that all our cakes are of the highest standard, they are baked to order. A lot of care and attention goes into making our nappy cakes and this can take a day or two. We do recommend that you allow 5 working days for deliveries of all our nappy cakes.
Do you Deliver Gifts to Hospitals
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to hospitals as more often than not, the mother and baby are moved to different units or have already gone home. We do recommend that you deliver direct to Mum and Dad when you know that baby has arrived home.
I Received a Gift Basket today which looks slightly different to the picture
We do aim to send all our gifts out as shown, however due to stock levels, it may be necessary to substitute certain items. Please be assured that all items will be replaced with gifts of equal or higher quality and value.
Can I send a Tag/Card with my Gift
Yes you can, this is a service we offer. Click on the Add Gift Tags and Cards Star to the left of every page and fill in the details and we will supply a tag/card of your choice for the following price: Tag – 50p, Card £1.50
We are a Company and send out quite a few gifts to our employees leaving to have a baby – is this something you could service for us?
Here at It’s a Baby Thing we are happy to offer a service to Corporate Clients. We are able to offer a 28 day invoicing service after the gift has been dispatched. Simply email us with your details and requirements and we will contact you to discuss opening an account with us.
Do you offer a refund service
Here at It’s a Baby Thing, we want all our customers to be 100% happy with the gifts we offer. If for some reason you are not entirely happy with your gift, we offer a full refund service if the item is returned to us in it’s original packaging and condition within 7 days of receipt of the goods. However please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We would also recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we will not be able to offer you a refund if the product is lost and no proof of postage was obtained.
I received a gift and the product is damaged
With items that have arrived in an unsatisfactory condition or damaged during transit, please notify us of the problem immediately and we will either send you a replacement or provide you with a full refund including your initial delivery cost. Refunds will not be issued until goods have been received by us.
